Comprehensive Service Plan Options from Taylor Oil & Propane

We’re pleased to offer comprehensive service plans to our customers. If you have any questions about the plans before you sign up, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by phone at (610) 444-3810 and we will be happy to assist you.

Your heating equipment is cleaned and adjusted once a year for maximum efficiency. We will:

  • Vacuum clean your boiler or warm-air furnace
  • Clean flue pipe and base of chimney
  • Clean and adjust ignition electrodes
  • Adjust oil/air mixture
  • Inspect strainer and nozzle*
  • Adjust draft regulator
  • Replace oil and air filters*
  • Lubricate burner motor
  • Lubricate blower or circulator motor and bearings
  • Inspect combustion chamber
  • Cement air leaks

*Cost of replacement parts is additional

This is our complete heating service plan. You get the annual tune-up listed in Plan One plus year-round-on-call service. NOTE: On-call service between midnight and 7 .a.m. is billable.   • Clean all furnace components
  • Inspect drain lines for operation and sanitize

  • Test furnace operation
  • Make recommendations for problems found
